Hi, your bucket list looks amazing and you are a very admirable woman. Just curious...why 'intentionally not visit China or Japan'? This one piqued my interest and I'm sure you have a very good reason.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I enjoy reading your blog!

What an impressive list. Some of these are on mine as well but I fear they won't happen.

Love your list! Did some things myself already (milking cows, haha, or speak the second language), but could also not get over my diet coke addiction yet.

Will make a list too, I am inspired !

Happy regards,
Svenja

Had to chuckle at "do it" in an elevator! May have to add some of these to my leap list :)

Nothing changed my life as much as eating "real" Italian pizza in Italy. I had no idea food could be that good...

YES to EVERYTHING. :) especially to the dye your hair red point... I want to cut mine short! But my hair has always been long and I can't imagine it short. And I'm obsessed with red. I also want to dye it red, so I put red highlights in to start off with and test the waters... I love them! Getting more put in next month X

Love your list and i especially love your cross outs showing progress! I'd thought I would share our pizza dough recipe with you. It's simple.

Ingredients
Your favorite bottle of vino
You and Your Happily Ever After
Scrumptious Crust
2 and 1/2 cups of sifted flour
1 tsp of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
Pizza Toppings
shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings!
Our Secret Ingredient: Sliced Garlic Stuffed Olives
Cindy's favorite half = Mediterranean
pesto, shredded mozzarella, feta, garlic stuffed olives, kalamata olives, and pine nuts
Brad's favorite half = Meat Lover
classico fire-roasted garlic tomato sauce, salami, sausage, pepperoni, garlic stuffed olives, and mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
Pour your favorite glass of wine. You've heard of clean as you go - well, this recipe calls for sip as go. Sift flour and yeast into bowl. Make a well in the flour. Pour olive oil and warm water into well. Knead together (we use our Kitchen Aid; a bread maker works; or you can do it the old fashion way by hand). Knead to a doughy consistency. We've found that the more we make it, the better our feel for it becomes. Weather effects it, too. You may need to add more warm water by the tablespoon to make it just right - you'll be the judge. Let the dough rise ~ a couple of hours is best.
Roll out dough. Place on pizza pan. Spread your sauce of choice, add your favorite toppings and sprinkle the cheese.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Cut into 8 slices. Voila!
Toast to a job well done, TOGETHER!

Pizza making has become one of our favorite date night things to do. We love to create our "masterpieces" together. Cindy makes the dough and Brad rolls out and tops the pizza. It is our hope that this becomes a bonding family tradition for you, too. Happy Pizza Eating!

It's become a tradition to give our personalized recipe card and the tools needed for pizza night to our friends and family as wedding gifts.

Hope you enjoy! Happy engagement!
