I'm going to be honest ya'll...
I do not want to do anything active today. And, i'm trying to find a good excuse to get me out of running, because I really don't want to run the 6 miles I have planned for today.
But, I had a day off yesterday. My body is able to run. And I have the time.
So really, I have have no excuse.
Sometimes just a picture like the one below helps get me motivated,

Just get it done. We'll feel so much better once we do!
