I have seen this picture pinned and posted on Pinterest dozens of times, and decided it was time to share it with you all (although, i'm sure several of you have seen it already).
I love what this means because it is so true.
We all know how easy it is to come up with 101 reasons why we just can't exercise today, or tomorrow, or the next day.
I do it. Aaron does it. Many of you all do it too.
But, the absolute truth is that there is always time to do something. Maybe not the desired 10 miles, but even 10 minutes is better than nothing.
If running isn't your thing, try walking, weight training, yoga, stretching, anything.
I don't make it out to run everyday (and currently, I have the time), but I try to take some time out of every day to do something that does not include sitting on my bum.
...Even if it's just parking the car as far from the store as possible and walking. Or, better yet, walking to the market instead. This may not be strenuous exercise, but it's better than nothing.
So, it's a new week. And Mondays are the worst.
But, is that a good enough excuse to be lazy?
(Note: the purpose of this post is not to encourage activity for weight loss. It is simply to encourage a healthy, happy lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, is really none of my business).
