I don't know about you guys, but I am a chronic thinker (if there is such a thing) and thinking too much often gets me in trouble.
It's exhausting and pointless.
But, like biting my nails, I can't always help it. It's who I am.
So, for the past few years I've tried to keep my thoughts in check.
I've tried not to over analyze EVERYTHING.
I'm not sure if it's really working.
But, at least now, I realize how powerful my mind can be when fully applied.
Next step, applying this power of thought to something more productive.
