A Less Serious Post: Motivation Monday!



Such as,

Take a bubble bath,
Enjoy a glass of wine,
Read a good book,
Call an old friend,
Paint something,
Give yourself a manicure,
Watch a good movie,
Meet friends for dinner,
Make your own dinner,
Go on a long walk,
Go for a long run,
Go for a short run,
Do absolutely nothing,
Hug the dog,
Cuddle with your cat,
Light a candle,
Dance,
Sing,
Etc. Etc. Etc.


So, do something for yourself that will make both your mind and body feel good.
You'll thank yourself for it later.

What will I be doing?
Cooking the most amazing vegetarian recipe ever.
